Filtering My Approval History

Steps:

  1. Open the Workflow Management panel and go to the History section.
  2. Click on the Approvals tab.
  3. Use the search bar to find a specific workflow.
  4. Click on filter options to refine results by date, process type, or approval status.
  5. Apply the selected filters to narrow down the list of approvals.

Searching for a Specific Approved Task

Steps:

  1. Open the Workflow Management panel and go to the History section.
  2. Click on the Approvals tab.
  3. Use the search bar at the top of the page.
  4. Enter the process name, task number, or keywords related to the workflow.
  5. The relevant results will be displayed in the list.

Finding Older Approved Tasks

Steps:

  1. Open the Workflow Management panel and go to the History section.
  2. Click on the Approvals tab.
  3. If the task is not visible, click on the date filter.
  4. Adjust the date range to expand the search.
  5. Click Apply Filters to refresh the list with older tasks.

Viewing My Approval History

Steps:

  1. Open the Workflow Management panel and go to the History section.
  2. Click on the Approvals tab.
  3. The list of previously approved and rejected workflows will be displayed.
  4. Click on any process to view details such as approval history, timestamps, and workflow status.

Viewing Details of a Previously Approved Task

Steps:

  1. Open the Workflow Management panel and go to the History section.
  2. Click on the Approvals tab.
  3. Locate the workflow you want to review.
  4. Click on the task to view its approval history, timestamps, and process details.
